Making it in NYC

Just do it already.

I love brussle sprouts

leave a comment »

Sliced in halves
blanched for 2-3 min
shocked in ice water
dried
heat a pan with GOOD olive oil
place sprouts cut side down to get some good color
juice a lemon into the pan
grind some sea salt on top

serve blistering hot
